Delivery Information
South African Addresses:
DM Office Supplies will ship orders to any address in South Africa, orders will only be processed at our Johannesburg Office
Namibia, Zimbabwe, Lesotho, Mozambique & Neighboring Countries:
Unfortunately we do not arrange any deliveries outside South Africa, you can arrange for your own transport or delivery service to collect your order from our offices.
All orders and invoices are South African Vat inclusive. You will be responsible for any duties, taxes or similar fees in your country.
International Orders:
At present we are unable to deliver to addresses outside South Africa, you can order online and choose “Store Collection/Own Courier” and make arrangements with your shipping or delivery service to collect on your behalf.
Delivery Times:
Most of our products are available in stock thus allowing us to ship orders as soon as payment is completed and reflecting in our accounts. An average of 2 to 10 working days is expected to major cities and 8 to 14 working days to rural and outlying areas.
Should a product be out of stock, you will be notified and offered a suitable replacement, an option to wait a few more days or a complete refund.
Shipping costs:
Due to our large range of products, shipping fees vary from item to item. Shipping fee’s will automatically be calculated during the checkout process. Free delivery for all Gauteng orders above R650. Flat rate shipping cost will be charged outside Gauteng depending on the package.
Pickup & Collections
Orders may be collected from our office in Johannesburg. All orders need to be paid fully (amounts reflecting in our accounts) and a suitable time arranged for collections(within our operating hours).
Online orders must be paid in full before it will be processed and prepared for collection/delivery.
Some products are sourced from external warehouses and stock availability needs to be confirmed.

Returns Policy
Refunds and Exchange Policy
All products have a 30 day money back guarantee – However, products should not be used, tampered or damaged. Proof of purchase and the original packaging is also required. Clients need to arrange own means of courier for exchange should they no longer require the item.
Goods incorrectly supplied or damaged will be replaced at no additional cost, if a replacement is not possible (due to quality issues, or being discontinued) full refund will be given. Incorrect item needs to be returned to our offices before we can refund fully. No refunds will be processed if item is not returned to our offices. Refunds are processed every Friday before COB.
