Due to COVID restrictions and related problems in transportations, we might deliver with one or two weeks delay depending on destinations. This is not under our control. We apologize for any inconvenient caused if this happens and we hope that soon the delivery time is going to be back to normal.

NiTHO products have one year warranty from the date of purchasing.

To activate the warranty, you must register the product on our website: page Register your NITHO product.
Without the product registration online, the warranty is not active and we cannot assist you.

In case you have any problem with your NITHO product, please send an email to support@nitho.com with:

1. the detailed description of the defect
2. the copy of the product registration

Please note, it is better that a short video and pictures are also included in the email to avoid long back and forth with support team.

If the product will be classified as fault in manufacturing, you will get the approval to receive a brand new product in replacement.
Our support team will ask you to send back the faulty product to our nearest service centre.
